Pressure washing
We have done many types of commercial painting jobs, and we will be happy to show
you our portfolio of previous work. Our past work includes restaurants, retail stores,
office buildings, hotels, educational buildings including universities, government
buildings, churches, apartments, condominiums and casinos. The commercial work we
have done includes both interior and exterior painting. Many of our commercial customers
have preferred to continue operating while we work – that is not a problem. We are
sensitive to the needs of the business owner, and we are very careful to not disrupt
the normal “flow” of work any more than is necessary. We can also give a completion
date so that you will know the day we will be finished.
Exterior painting
When we paint the exterior of a home or business, the actual application of the
paint is one of the last steps in our procedure. A big part of external painting
is preparation. Getting the surface ready to accept the primer, and then the paint,
is absolutely critical in order for us to achieve the professional final result
that our customers have come to expect. With that in mind, we first pressure wash
the exterior to remove all dirt, grime and loose paint that has to be gone when
we start painting. Any small repairs are taken care of, and then the primer is applied.
Having a primer coat on first allows the paint to adhere to the surface more securely.
The exterior paint is applied in a very deliberate and detailed manner, and we are
confident you will be very happy with it.
Interior painting
As with exterior painting, preparation is also a big part of any interior painting
project. We can help you choose colors, or we are happy to go with any color scheme
you already have in mind. There are a few decisions to be made regarding the choice
of paint, in addition to the color – oil or water based, gloss, semi-gloss, satin,
eggshell, or matte finish. These are all options that have advantages and disadvantages.
With our years of experience, we can help you sort out all of these matters easily.
It might seem a little confusing at first, but it’s not difficult. We can also show
you some pictures from some of our previous jobs that may give you some ideas you
hadn’t thought of yet.
Pressure washing
As mentioned above, pressure washing is a vital part of any exterior painting job
whether residential or commercial. However, we also offer professional pressure
washing as a service in itself. If your home or business has not had an exterior
wash in a while, you might be surprised at the difference in appearance after it
has been pressure washed. Dirt and grime accumulate gradually over time, so may
not be that noticeable. In addition, pressure washing (particularly with hot water)
can remove any mold or mildew that has started to grow. Left unattended, mold can
cause multiple problems – it is much easier to eliminate the mold early. We can
put you on a regular schedule of pressure washing, or you can call us as needed.
It is important to note that all of our crews are employees, not subcontractors.
Our workers are highly trained and know exactly what needs to be done. We require
no deposit before starting our work, because we are confident that you will be extremely
pleased with the results. We are also bonded and fully licensed, and all of our
work is covered by a one-year warrantee.
Give us a call today - we provide a free estimate with no obligation, and we would
love to discuss how we can help you with your project.
Our residential painting and pressure washing services are available in Connecticut
and Rhode Island. For commercial jobs, we service all of New England, Connecticut,
Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and New York.
